Caramel Rolls

A family favorite that is on the table for every birthday, holiday, or special occasion, these caramel rolls are a mix between your traditional caramel roll and monkey bread. They are also a perfect recipe when you need to have something that doesn’t take a lot of effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bread loafs or biscuits thawed
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 box cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 box cook and serve butterscotch pudding
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a large bundt pan or 9x13 pan with butter.
  • Tear apart one loaf of bread dough into small balls and place at the bottom of the pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, boxes of pudding, milk and cinnamon. Mix everything until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the dough.
  • Tear apart the second loaf of bread doubt into small balls and spread them evenly on top of the caramel sauce.
  • Place the pan in a warm place, cover with a towel and let the dough rise for 30 minutes-1 hour.
  • Bake the caramel rolls for 30 minutes until the dough is fully cooked and the top starts to turn lightly golden. If you are using a Bundt pan, flip the pan onto a serving platter. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
