Naturally Sweet Paleo Granola

Naturally sweet and even paleo, this granola is the perfect something sweet and crunchy on top of yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, or just even as a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup almonds chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread the granola out.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, and let cool completely.
