Mango Lassi Smoothie

The flavors of a mango lassi in a healthier smoothie or smoothie bowl. It is easy to customize to your liking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen papaya
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup frozen zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a high speed blender, starting with the liquid. Use a tamper to make sure everything gets blended well. 
  • One you reach a smooth consistency, place it in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
