Mango Lassi Smoothie
The flavors of a mango lassi in a healthier smoothie or smoothie bowl. It is easy to customize to your liking!
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen papaya
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 cup frozen zucchini
Add everything to a high speed blender, starting with the liquid. Use a tamper to make sure everything gets blended well.
One you reach a smooth consistency, place it in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
