Mocha Latte Smoothie
A mocha latte in a bowl? Count me in! This smoothie gives you an extra boost of energy to start out your day, or a mid-day pick me up.

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coffee or shot of espresso
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop mocha collagen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen avocado
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots
- 1-2 dates or 1/2 frozen banana optional for added sweetness
Add all of the ingredients into a high powered blender. I recommend starting with your liquid and ending with the frozen items.
Blend until you achieve your desired consistency. I prefer a thick smoothie bowl that I can eat with a spoon, but you can add additional almond milk if you like to drink your smoothie with a straw instead.
