Mocha Latte Smoothie

A mocha latte in a bowl? Count me in! This smoothie gives you an extra boost of energy to start out your day, or a mid-day pick me up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coffee or shot of espresso
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop mocha collagen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 1-2 dates or 1/2 frozen banana optional for added sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a high powered blender. I recommend starting with your liquid and ending with the frozen items.
  • Blend until you achieve your desired consistency. I prefer a thick smoothie bowl that I can eat with a spoon, but you can add additional almond milk if you like to drink your smoothie with a straw instead.
