Mixed Berry Smoothie

Frozen mixed berries give this smoothie a slightly sweet flavor and a beautiful color. Top with what ever is calling your name and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen papaya
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Instructions
 

  • Grab your blender or food processor.
  • Add your coconut milk, almond butter, hemp seeds, and coconut milk. Then add your frozen fruits and veggies.
  • If you want a thinner smoothie, add additional milk
  • Blend. You will need to scrape down the sides a couple of time or use a tamper to get everything combined.
  • Continue blending until you reach your desired consistency.
