Black Bean Salsa
Who doesn’t live a good dip or a snack that goes really well with chips? This black bean salsa is almost a play on guacamole, so your taste buds will be extra happy when you are eating this delicious dip!
Course Appetizer, Vegetables and Salads
- 15 oz canned black beans rinsed
- 3 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 jalapeno minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 avocadoes cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
In a mixing bowl, add in all of your prepped ingredients. Mix well until the avocado is broken down and spread throughout the dip.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or even veggies!
