Black Bean Salsa

Who doesn’t live a good dip or a snack that goes really well with chips? This black bean salsa is almost a play on guacamole, so your taste buds will be extra happy when you are eating this delicious dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz canned black beans rinsed
  • 3 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 avocadoes cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add in all of your prepped ingredients. Mix well until the avocado is broken down and spread throughout the dip.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or even veggies!
