Hummingbird Cake Smoothie

Hummingbird cake is a lot like carrot cake but gets an extra boost of sweetness and texture from pineapple. This smoothie takes all the traditional ingredients and puts them into a cold breakfast version of the most incredible cake.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots

Instructions
 

  • Grab your blender or food processor.
  • Add your coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon, collagen, and coconut butter. Then add your frozen fruits and veggies.
  • If you want a thinner smoothie, add additional coconut milk
  • Blend. You will need to scrape down the sides a couple of times or use a tamper to get everything combined.
  • Continue blending until you reach your desired consistency.
