Hummingbird Cake Smoothie
Hummingbird cake is a lot like carrot cake but gets an extra boost of sweetness and texture from pineapple. This smoothie takes all the traditional ingredients and puts them into a cold breakfast version of the most incredible cake.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen carrots
Grab your blender or food processor.
Add your coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon, collagen, and coconut butter. Then add your frozen fruits and veggies.
If you want a thinner smoothie, add additional coconut milk
Blend. You will need to scrape down the sides a couple of times or use a tamper to get everything combined.
Continue blending until you reach your desired consistency.
