Black Bean Salsa

Who doesn’t live a good dip or a snack that goes really well with chips? This black bean salsa is almost a play on guacamole, so your taste buds will be extra happy when you are eating this delicious dip!



Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed 
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ½ jalapeno, minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 avocados, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in all of your prepped ingredients. Mix well until the avocado is broken down and spread throughout the dip.
  2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or even veggies!
