Monster Cookies Remade

Monster cookies or everything but the kitchen sink cookies, are a crowd pleaser. These are a remake with some healthier modifications but they sure do not lack incredible flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats or quick oats
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Add in the oats, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Add in the chocolate and white chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the dough on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes.
