Most of the time we have savory dips as a snack or appetizer, but who said you can’t have a healthy dessert dip? This brownie batter dip is full of protein and free of refined sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder (my favorite is Truvani)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp nut milk, or milk of choice
  • Optional: chocolate chips, coconut, or nuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mash the banana until smooth. Add in the almond butter and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate protein powder, almond flour, and cacao powder.
  3. Slowly add in the nut milk. If you prefer to have a thinner batter, add more than 2 tbsp until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Add any of your favorite mixins.
  5. Serve with your favorite fruit, apple chips, graham crackers, or anything else that sounds good to you!

Enjoy!
