Monster cookies or everything but the kitchen sink cookies, are a crowd pleaser. These are a remake with some healthier modifications but they sure do not lack incredible flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Add in the oats, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Add in the chocolate and white chocolate chips.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to place the dough on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.

Enjoy!
