Naturally Sweet Paleo Granola

Naturally sweet and even paleo, this granola is the perfect something sweet and crunchy on top of yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, or just even as a snack.



Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup chopped almonds
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread the granola out.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, and let cool completely.
