Mango Lassi Smoothie

The flavors of a mango lassi in a healthier smoothie or smoothie bowl. It is easy to customize to your liking!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (you can use Greek yogurt if not DF/vegan)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1 scoop collagen (skip if vegan)
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen papaya
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 cup frozen zucchini
Instructions
- Add everything to a high speed blender, starting with the liquid. Use a tamper to make sure everything gets blended well.
- One you reach a smooth consistency, place it in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
