Peanut Butter Smoothie

Peanut butter and banana is a perfect combination and they go together so well in this green smoothie bowl. Your taste buds will thank you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk (you can use oat, soy, cashew, skim, etc)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp peanut powder - optional
- 1/4 cup frozen avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 cups frozen kale (swap for your spinach, swiss chard, or any other frozen greens)
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into a high powered blender, and blend until the desired consistency.
- If you like a very peanut buttery taste, add another tbsp of peanut butter. Or if you like it extra sweet, add another ½ of a banana. Feel free to mix and match to achieve your ideal taste!
