Mixed Berry Smoothie

Frozen mixed berries give this smoothie a slightly sweet flavor and a beautiful color. Top with what ever is calling your name and enjoy!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen papaya 
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Grab your blender or food processor.
  2. Add your coconut milk, almond butter, hemp seeds, and coconut milk. Then add your frozen fruits and veggies.
  3. If you want a thinner smoothie, add additional milk
  4. Blend. You will need to scrape down the sides a couple of time or use a tamper to get everything combined.
  5. Continue blending until you reach your desired consistency.
