Who doesn’t live a good dip or a snack that goes really well with chips? This black bean salsa is almost a play on guacamole, so your taste buds will be extra happy when you are eating this delicious dip!
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- ½ jalapeno, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 avocados, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add in all of your prepped ingredients. Mix well until the avocado is broken down and spread throughout the dip.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or even veggies!
