Naturally Sweet Paleo Granola

Naturally sweet and even paleo, this granola is the perfect something sweet and crunchy on top of yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, or just even as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups oats
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup chopped almonds
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ⅓ cup pecans
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread the granola out.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, and let cool completely.
